Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

SWEET ! Is the g35 any good? PS: I kissed my chance of getting a 3000gt vr4 for my first car good bye after I learned it had to use premium gas, gets 24-18 mpg, and has 2 times the insurance as an eclipse

Re: 3000gt or Infinity g35

I've found that the insurance isn't much different from any other car I could have gotten, but I live in a state where the insurance is fixed and I drive an SL. Is there such thing as a Gx35? Cuz thats what I seem to see most.

Isn't the gas crazily expensive? Don't you have to use premium.

Re: 3000gt or Infinity g35

Yea I have to use premium but Its cheeper than the train (and even the buss) for long distances and alot more comfortable and fun. Plus my dad pays for gass when I'm in town lol. I usually shift kinda early (too keep my led foot from getting the best of me lol) so that helps with fuel economy.

You can pretty well guess what the answer would be

The VR4 rules!

With that said, the G35 is a nice looking ride with pretty good performance.

Re: 3000gt or Infinity g35

I test drove a G35 and i was about to order the 05 but is saw the vr-4 on autotrader and went and test drove it and just bought VR-4 one. it is a lot faster, the 04 G35 dose a 1/4 in 14.3 but the stock vr-4 dose 13.6 but the 05 G35 coupe is supose to have 298hp and 19" rims so it is going to be very nice car in 05.
