Subwoofer for shortbed

Anyone use the premolded ones like MTX or JL, how do you like it? Is it worth the money.

My buddy has the Stealthbox - he likes it. I find it a bit pricey. If you have any carpentery skills you can easily build one out of 3/4" MDF and save a ton of money.

I thought it was molded plastic to fit? I will check behind the seat again.

Yes the Stealthbox is molded high density plastic. I was simply suggesting that you make your own sub box out of wood.
