Vibration in front end?

I have a 93 S-10 Blazer with 100,000 miles on it. I just had a Moog idler arm put on. Everything was fine until a couple days ago. I seem to feel a vibration by my feet on the floor(drivers side) It is very slight but is there. Also, I was pulling my snowmobile trailer home the other day and when I got up to 45 miles an hour it felt like I had a flat tire somewhere. After 45 it was fine. What could this be? The person who put the idler arm on said my balljoints and tierods looked fine. Thanks for any help!

AMybe time to have your tires balanced, checked and have an alignment done.
