Angry Tire Kindom is going DOWN!!!

to make a long story short, i am going to kick some ass tomorrow!

heres the story:

i was at subaru today getting my car checked up, they found a nail in my tire, and said they dont fill tires up from the inside out (wich is what needed to be done)
so the service guy sugguested i take it down to tire kingdom down the block.
so i did so, and when i came back to get my car, my rim had goudge marks in it!!!
like, fricking 10 deep scratches in my chrome wheel!!
of course i didnt see these and wasnt told about this.

i being a paranoid allways inspect my car after its been worked on.
i inspected it after i took it to subaru 1 hour before, and it was fine.

i tell the manager to come outside with me so i showed him.
hes got this "hmmmm" look on his face, and just sits there looking at the tire not saying anything (the asshole, i called his bluff)
so he gets the service guy out to look at it, and hes said,
"oh, well the machine that grabs the rim, didnt have a good grip on it and when it tried to pull the tire off it spit your wheel out"
so hes saying that the machine tossed my wheel out of its mouth!!?!!?
like, when the fuck were you planning on telling me this!?
oh i see, you were going to wait until i got home to find out right?

anyways, the machine put deep scratches in my chrome wheel, and the scratches are black.

but theres more, there are also 4 scratches in my rear bumper, deep ones, i know for sure they werent there, i clean my car every day with a rag, im up close and personal with every inch of my car, if anyone, i would know what "was" there.
and these scratches were "not" there.

the tire kingdom guys were like "well i know a guy who might be able to help, he does paint work, hell just sand that down and paint it"
im thinking in my head "what is wrong with these guys?"
i mean, seriously?
tire fucking kingdom?
you guys have 1 job, thats all you do, you change tires, all day every day, you carry the professional mark of tire kingdom, and you fuck up my rim, and you dont even tell me about it?
anyways, i reported it to subaru that day, just so they know it happened that day, since they looked at it 1 hour before i found it.
to prove it wasnt there before.

but now i have a bangged up rim and some scratches on the back of my car caused by some so called "professional" tire service center.

they should replace my rim, its thier fault, bunch of buck toothed morons.
anyways, im going to deal with this tomorrow, anyone got any advice?
i dont want to let them touch anything more, and i want them to pay for all expenses.
i feel i have the upper hand considdering they knew the tire was tossed out of the machine and they didnt tell me about it, and let me walk away and leaeve.

any help would be apreciated.

[EDIT]: i forgot to mention my wheels are custom 18 inch falcon rimms wich are perfomance rimms and are low profile.
i havent looked but im sure the wheel costs more than the damn tire.
so i cant just get a new one from subaru or anything.

ide say simply ask them to replace the rim and have them pay for a shop of your choice to fix the scratches, otherwise take them to small claims court, its cheap and chances are if they are a reputable company they will say ok to fixing it for you... good luck with it all

Why didn't you deal with it right away, I can guarantee you're going to have a harder time getting anything from them now.

all is well sofar.
i still have the dings in my wheel, i went to the 2 rimm shops that they specified, and both shops told tire kingdom that they cant match the color, as they are "hyper black" and the paint for the wheel would cost more than the wheel itself.....kinda funny how both places said the exact same thing.
so tire kingdom said they would replace the wheel, and they are talking with their supervisors and its being handeled.

on the bright side, ill have a fresh rimm, and an extra one for a spare, considdering the spare in my wrx is a 15inch spare, and ive got 18's on my car.

i just hope they dont screw up and get gunmetal or silver, knowing thier current lack of brain power.
heh, its rather interesting how the rimms i have are the most expensive rimms in that model.
silver and gun metal are about 120 dollars cheaper than mine, and since they are 18 inch that adds another 60 or so dollars to them.

Re: Tire Kindom is going DOWN!!!

With any luck they won't insist on keeping the damaged rim then.
Some places are like that.
