3sp to AOD

Has anyone done it? 2000 neon with 3 sp auto, freeway flyer. Would like advice about changing out to a 4 sp AOD. Cost and any headaches involved.

i haven't done it; but i would imagine it would be pretty much a direct swap plus the computer swap too. i dont think they would've changed too much in when they switched tranny's
