Angry z28 engine problem

Hey fellas. I need some help. whenever I go to start my car it takes me about 15 trys before i can get it to start. sometimes it will turn over and chug real slow and then smoke comes out of my air filter. any idea's?

sounds like a timing problem, i would say its probly an optispark problem. is there any evidence that your water pump is leaking?

I'm thinking something with the ignition, the smoke could be from the engine flooding from you trying to start it that many times.
