Non US Tail lights or Clear Tail lights
Does anyone know where I can just order some of the clear and red Non US tail lights?? Or does anyone want to trade some already cleared out tail lights for my regular ones ( 2002 G20 ). I cleared my front forners and side turn signals this weekend, and the front corners were a BITCH
But I got it done, and they look beautiful. Just waiting for my silver looking, amber flashing lights to come in for them. |

Just clear out your tailights and viola!
There are no altezza's for G20's and thankfully so.

No no, believe me, I'm in no way looking for Altezza lights. I simply am just looking for an easy way out from breaking out all that stupid yellow stuff on my tail lights. Plus, the UK tail lights look pretty sweet. But, if it comes down to it, I'll just try to clear them out myself. Are the tail lights harder to do than the front corners?

Ahh.. I found they were harder, not only because there is more amber filling in there - but also because of that black goo that acts as a seal. It got all over my hands and clothing (had to clean my hands with paint thinner to get that crap off). Make sure when and if you clear out your tailights, you unscrew this small screw that holds the amber filling in place. If you have the Dremel tool, just use the drill bit or if you have any drill bit, use that to make holes in the amber and then use needle nose pliers to pull them out.

I contemplated whether or not to just get Hyperwhites in the corners and tailights. I know it would look so much nicer, especially at night - but I just don't want to take the risk and get fined for such a petty thing. Can you even see the white blinking say on a sunny day? The white blinkers are also a safety hazard
