Need an answer

My radiator busted on my car, the plastic tank on the right side. its a 95 gt v6 and it started running bad so thats when i notcied it was leaking. Now when i drive it, it makes a putting noise and wont go very fast and once i get to about 50 it starts shaking real bad. The same thing happend when i went through a flooded road a long time ago but it went away after about a day or two but this time it wont stop. I the fuel system is working right and the engines vaccum is correct, and i thought maybe i purchaced bad gas but i get gas at shell this time the highest octane and some fuel injection cleaner but it dosent seem to be working. Sometimes it just kicks in and runs fine but then it shifts and starts missing again. The spark plugs and wires and coil pack are all running corectly also?? I was told today it migh tbe the ignition module?
