Ebay Rims

Hey im thinkin bout buyin some 17's for my 98 Integra. I looked on ebay and they have some nice rims and are realllly cheap. Does anyone have any experience with buying rims from ebay? do they come new and in perfect shape, not bent and stuff?
Do you guys recommend i buy rims off ebay or it is better to buy it from somewhere else (if so give a link)

I love ebay. Buying from them is no different than buying from any other online company. Just don't buy the cheap ugly rota knock offs. Most people say they aren't worth the tire you put on them.

what color rims do you think look best on a black integra?? Gunmetal, white, silver, chrome, black. I have seen a black integra with black rims with a chrome surrounding and it looks nice. but i wanna get everyones opinions to
