looking for civic video-

Looking for a thread that was posted a LONG time ago that had a video link. The video was of some guy driving his car down the road - while going through the gears the tach and speedo would both jump after reaching a certain rpm. (I suppose the car had turbo/nitrous, and was breaking traction - in, I think, every gear) I think the topic of the thread was concerning what exactly was going on with the tach and speedo needle movement....
