Back on the road
Long story short...
My shift tower broke last week. Haines Motorsports Inc was very helpful to my mechanic and myself. HMS promptly and courteously supplied all the parts necessary to upgrade to the post-2000 tower. No guesswork or second trips to the dealer. Thanks Terry!

Yeah, Terry is a great guy! I had my 96 rod shift trans upgraded to a Bulldog box from him. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs tranny work done to their contour/mystique/cougar.
