HELP!! Need some performance ideas

I need some ideas on some performance parts that will raise my hp as much as possible. I have about $1500 to spend. Do i need to just save it and wait a while until i have more $ to spend and just go for a turbo? Or do I need to just go little maybe some cams, pulleys, a better intake (i.e. AEM), etc.? I've got a 01 vtec h22a in a 93 si and its all stock except for a weapon r intake.

aight...

now some suggestions on a good turbo. Do i need a intercooler? ive been doing a little research and found that the concensus (spellcheck) is that for a stock motor you need 7psi boost at the most...is this right? And how much hp is that going to give me?
