I think it is a vacuum line but i dont know were to start. I dont know what to do and it is bothering me because now i have a code #32 flashing at me and when it comes on it really kills my milege!!! Is this connected??
And i really dont want to pay for a fix i can do myself.

EGR open command did not change MAP sensor signal. Normal EGR flow should cause slight decrease in manifold vacuum which would change MAP sensor signal.

This is not connected, at least I don't think so....I have seen some things that make you scratch your head though....anyway....I think these heater systems are electronicly controlled with motors and wires, not the old vacuum lines. I would say that you have a bad damper motor or a bad connection, again this is all guessing....i think.

not necessarly could be much worse... or better (but I doudt it). egr on a 91 i beleive is a negitive pressure type , which is easy to get at and can be tested with a vaccum hand pump (like a mighty vac). someone back me up because i'm totally guessing right now. Oh and I would not statements like you did above, I think the moderator will not like it. I know we talk like that every day but I don't want to see you get banned. At least until you get this fixed.
