IP Address
So I moderate a site and need to ban a member by their IP addy as well as their email addy. I have done the email ban but that won't stop him from joining under a new email addy. Anyone know how to get an IP address?

If you have a moderator control panel, you should be able to find their IP address there. Thats how VBulletin works anyway.

Meh, he's in Iowa right now... it's a haunt site, we go around the dfw area and review all of the haunted houses so peeps don't waste their money on crappy ones...

moderators cant ban on PHP unless they have access to the administation panel.
anyways' to find the IP, In the upper right hand corner of the poster post, there will be a image like this:  click on it, it will give you the IP of the poster.Now assuming you have access to the admin panel. go to the admin panel,scroll down to ban control, click it. Put in username/ip/email address and click submit. that's it.
