Re: REX in trouble..

well the fuel pump doesnt go to the throttle body, that may very well be your problem.

Hum, are you sure its pumping gas when you turn the key on? and do you have it wired to the on position on the iggnition or the start position?

Re: REX in trouble..

an in line fuel pump pushed fuel better than it pulls it. you should just buy a walbro replacement kit from http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/ cheaper and better than OEM.

Re: REX in trouble..

maybe u didnt understand...im GETTING gas...just not when i put it on the tb....I've had a lot of ppl say the gas line doesnt go on the TB...where else would it go!?!?...anyway...the knob u put the line on...has a lil filter thing on the other side of it....maybe thats stopped up?? so that piece bolts off...so if i get another 1 maybe it would work. . .

Re: REX in trouble..

do you have mpfi or dpfi?, dpfi does bolt to the throttle body, I'm not sure what you mean by knob. The pump has an let and outlet, you should be able to just cut the hose going from the fuel filter to the intake and put the pump inline. Shouldnt even have to unbolt it from anything to do that.

Re: REX in trouble..

i cut out the fuel filter...because the pump came with 1....it has the lil circle thing on top i think dpfi...u know where u put the fuel line...that goes to it...that thing is the knob
