Denali Vanity Plate

Hey gang new to the forum.

Anyone know where I can get a sharp looking Denali Vanity Plate for the front? I have looked all over and just found Escalades, and Navigators.

Also I have 2003 Summit White Yukon Denali with the entertainment unit in the back. I orginally looked at the XLs but I couldn't justify spending 4 grand more for six inches more behind the back seat. I also have a Denali Plate frame in the back, a GMC trailer hitch cover, and I replaced the standard Halogen low beams with Sylvania Silver Stars Ultra White.

Thanks

Re: Denali Vanity Plate

The writing is good but the backround is a bit bland. I was hoping for like mesh like backround. Thanks though.

I haven't seen one that offers such a plate, but I'm sure there's gotta be a site somewhere...

As far as why you chose not to go with the XL--if you don't plan on carrying people in the third row, then yes it makes more sense not to get the XL. OTOH--with the shorty, entering and leaving the second row through the rear doors is slightly more difficult (just compare the rear doors on the shorty vs. the XL and you'll see what I mean), plus second-row leg room is a tad smaller than on the XL. This may also not be an issue in your particular case, but I know that it definitely is one for a few other folks I know.

But in any case, welcome to the forum, and congrats on your vehicle!

I actually like that plate, I may be buying one, thanks for motivating my to look it up . about the short bed, its a matter of personal preference, im 6'4" and all my friends like to drive my car so I get to sit in the back alot, and the 6 extra inches is worth it.

Re: Denali Vanity Plate

Tony Tone, I hear what your saying. My next one will be an XL, by then they will offer it in a Hybrid plus I am planning on keeping this one for a looooooooooonnnnngg time. Plus I will probably be married and may have some rug rats to carry back there I hope at least.

05 ya know it's growing on me. I think I am going to get it too. As for being tall, I understand, I have knee problems and when I rent a car, I always get a full size because of the room in the back. Thanks

Re: Denali Vanity Plate

Jack, yeah even I'd have to admit I like the looks of the shorty vs. the XL...but since I have three kids and possibly driving the MIL too every once in a while, the XL does have its merits. And on a more personal note--I chose to get the second-row captains chairs instead of the bench (easier access to third row, plus the CCs recline back, unlike the bench seats), thus the increased necessity of getting the XL due to the slightly-roomier (not by much but every little inch counts!) third row.

Oh yeah...one of my kids is still stroller-dependent, so I need the extra storage space the XL offers so that I can store the stroller along with all of the other toddler-related necessities!

I got the rear buckets too. I kinda had to sell the wifey on em but now all she does when we are cruising around is lay down in the back and watch movies
