199 Windstar getting code U1400

I am getting an engine code of U1400 from a 1999 windstar LX 3.8. Has anyone ever seen this code? I cannot find it anywhere!

That's a new one for me! Never heard of a "U" OBDII code. Who gave you it?

I have to admit I am only aware of P0 and P1 codes.

There are other codes (that are not OBDII) and there are "U" codes....but U1400 I don't know.
