How do i change thermostat on 96 toyota camry?

Please help me.
I have a 1996 toyota camry that needs a new thermostat. Where is it? How do I change it? Is this going to be easy or should I take it to the dealer? Any help or diagrams are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

If you are uneasy then I would take it do a Toyota dealer.... Have them do a back flush & install new anti-freeze at the same time.... Also have your timing belt checked, you should replace the water pump the same time you have a timing belt replaced... Bob
