My 89 has leaked since I got it. Its a fair bit of work to fix the leak. You have to drop the tranny to get at the housing.
I just let mine leak, it only leaks a small amount so it doesnt bother me too much I just check my oil a little more often.

same problem here....no big deal really....except for the annoying stains on the concrete
