Factory Installed AM/FM Radio Casette Player

The minus button (to turn the volume down) will not work anymore. The plus button works (to turn volume up). I have to turn it down using the controls in the middle seat section. Also, when I put a casette in there is sound no sound in the front (driver's side). There is sound on the passenger's side and in the back both sides. Both of those things were working and just recently quit.

I don't know it this has anything to do with the speaker issue but the driver's side door does not lock. The button will sometimes lock the van but not very often. It unlocks the van just fine. When I press the door lock button down (driver's side) it makes this strange noise. The lock problem doesn't really bother me too much, the radio does though!
