93 cavalier went kapoots

I bought this old 93 brand new september 12 yrs ago on my 18th birthday and to this day it is still the only car i have ever owned. after 150k miles it has never broken down to the point i had to ask others for help though. about 2-3 months ago it started missing a little when you were really heavy on the gas, but now you dont even have to be on the gas pedal for it to run rough as hell. when you come to a stop it does just fine, but when you come away from a stop the engine sounds really sluggish, and sounds like it's miss-firing alot. once you get it up to higher RPM's it does just fine though, until it slides into the next gear and it starts the same process all over again. as i said before this is the first time it's ever run like this for so long, and that i've had to ask for help to get it fixed. i consider myself pretty good with a wrench and was wandering if i could fix this problem or if it just might be time to lay her down to rest. also it has a 2.2L 134 ci engine

MAINTENANCE REPORT:

9-?-1992 through 4-27-2001 no problems (routine maintenance only)

4-27-2001 changed ignitions module, and both coils + plugs and wires

8-8-2003 changed oil pump, oil pan, oil pressure sensor, piston rings, piston rods, pistons, camshaft, valves, timing gears + chain, head gasket, crankshaft position sensor. (it was a wild birthday party, pretty much engine overhaul)

7-12-2004 changed fuel pump/filter

8-13-2004 changed entire ignition system from plugs to the crankshaft position sensor

10-11-2004 changed throttle body, intake manifold, injectors, map sensor, o2 sensors, plugs+wires, wiring harnesses for injectors + sensors, throttle body position sensor, and egr valve.
