'94 grand am getting errors 35 and 45

i have a '94 grand am with a tester i am getting a 35 error idle air control circuit and 45 o2 rich exhaust can any one tell me what these mean and how to fix them.

Remove the idle air control motor and clean it with carb cleaner. Will take a few minutes. If it does not fix the problem you may need to get a new one. Also if the car has a mass air flow sensor, clean it too gently. Once this is done the codes will need to be cleared. I would also replace the O2 sensor since it is probably bad too.
