1999 GT electrical

At least I think its electrical. Not starting all the time and actually dying on the roads. When I turn the key to the accessories (without turning it over) sometimes the lights are very dim and sometimes they are bright as ever. I was having a problem with every time I would touch the breaks the head lights would dim out. My car was completly dead one nite, tried recharging the battery (New Battery) and it didnt take a charge, telling me its full power. I disconnected the battery and re-connected it and BOOM full lights and full power. Its starting to do the same all over again now. My guess its a grounding issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Check the negative cable and the ground, make sure it is clean and making good contact. Also check the positive terminal and make sure it is clean too. Based on your description, I believe it is a grounding problem. You may even want to consider putting a new set of battery leads on the car as they may be corroded inside.
