Question catalytic converter

I just wanna know which is the correct name of this part " catalytic converter, Catalyzer, Cat Back I don't know. Right here in Mexico we call it "Catalizador" this is for my Jetta VR6 2000 I don't have it on my car and I can't find it on the internet, this part has two sensors on it do you know it? if you do please tell me the correct name and where I can find it thank you very much.

Well, on my mk III, There is a catalytic converter and then a resonator and then the muffler. You are prob looking at the cat conv. Sorry if no help.
