Knock when turning

I have a '95, It makes a loud clunk or knock when i make hard turns and potholes. No technitian has been able to diagnose.

cv joint? how looud is it because mine has a little body flex that makes a soft knocking noise that i would never worry about but if i had to guess i would look at the CV joints.

I have a similar problem with my 98. I checked it out and one of the bolts on the stabilizer arm is broken. You can't tell by looking at it because the boot is still covering it, but I found it out while trying to find what was making the noise on turns and when i hit bumps.

Also check the tie rod ends & ball joints.
