Angry '94 Cutlass Supreme wont start!

I already changed my starter with a rebuilt one...im thinking that it might be the starter again but im not sure. When i turn the key it clicks and then just stops. Everthing lights up soi know its not the battery. Usually after i wait awhile it will start but im afraid of the michigan winter messing with it. Can a brotha' get some help?

Mine does the same thing and I've had it towed to the shop & replaced the starter twice. The problem's in the fuse box on the driver's side under the hood. You'll see a battery cable connected to it. Undo the nut, remove the cable and througly clean all the parts & reassemble it. It should start right up. I have three other friends with these cars & we all have the same problem. I actually carry a wrench in the trunk for this purpose. Another thing.. when it does this, don't try to start the car by turning the ignition switch all the way. Ususally if you turn it just until it clicks, then release it, doing this several times it will start.

Whoever designed the electrical systems in these cars needs to but shot and then hung.
