Ran across this forum site today and just had to sign up! If it has anything to do with cars this is the place to find out more about it.
My two brothers, who eat and sleep cars, and I just got back from the Good-Guys Hot Rod Nationals up in Fort Worth, TX. What a show, it was held at the Texas Motor Speedway with hundreds of cars, new and old on display. A car buff heaven. Now we're hooked on Rat Rods, an old car left in as is/as found condition but with updated engines and running gear. An economical way to get into hot rodding. I have been involved mostly with Harley Davidsons and designing high performance carburetors but it looks like Hot Rods is my next hobby. Repairing cars is something I can do for my self and friends but doing it for a living I leave up to my younger brother.
