Um i need help NOW

Hey, i just drove my crx up and down my street on thge way down the street the motor shot up to like 6 grand when i shifted (and yes, i was driving slow, i jus wanterd to take it for a spin), so i put in the clutch to turn around, and the motor just starts bouncin off the rev limiter, i wernt even giving it throttle, so i pop the hood and i notice that my throttle body is like the whole way open, the cable is like really lose, but the throtle body still moves about 1/4 turn, help me fix it, whats wrong

ouch that sucks, my first thought was the IACV came off, (happened to me once with the ZC) and the idle jumped way up, but yea then i read the part about the throttle being opened up all the way, so try cleaning it and using carb or throttle body cleaner to clean the butteryfly valve and open it manually and make sure it doesnt stick anymore.
