1998 GA water pump

i am working on my neighbors 1998 Pontiac Grand Am w/ 2.4 lt twin cam. i was wondering if anybody here could tell me what all it would entail to change the water pump on this thing. i would like to know before i really start tearing into the thing. any help would be greatly appreciated
