he might have beat you because of your wires and plugs were not sparking as well. Good that your getting new wires get a coil pack and NGK spark plugs then with your intake make sure its sucking cold air and not behind the radiator fan. Also make sure you keep up your maintenance sounds like your car might be messed up engine wise? But exhaust would probably be your next best bet.

dude that sounds weird cause like 84 accords have something like 80 hp at the crank and maybe like 70 or 65 at the wheels? LOL

But yeah with a NT there isnt much you can do besides the regular stuff but even stock you should have won maybe you jsut really messed up and shifted way off?

Re: o...m...f...g

don't you have to make custom motor mounts in order to drop the 4g63 into a 420a engine bay? tranny is different too if i am not mistaken

Re: o...m...f...g

i'm making the swap of the 95 46g3 --> 98 46g3 and its not hard, but in your case don't forget all the sensors you have, you don't only need to swap the engine and make the custome mounts, you need all the harness for the ecu and all that stuff, I think that that is the hard part.

I hope your step-dad is a DSM expert, cause that swap is pretty damn difficult, time consuming, and costly. But if you manage it, more power to you, since there are only a handful of people that have done that swap. Let us know how it goes.

i havent got to look at the motor yet so not sure if it is fucked up cuz the eclipse got run over by a transfer truck and its like the trunk and all is gone theres just a front seat up.... so it might have damaged the motor but im going to look at it tommrow

Re: o...m...f...g

basically what you need to do is gut your car... take everything from the GSX (dash, wiring harness, ECU, everything!) and put it in your car! if thats not hard enough for ya i dont know what is!
