Mr2 Mod Suggestions!!!

I have a 88 mr2 that is bone stock i bought it with a knocking motor and are having a hard time finding one locally, So my question is there any other motors like corrolas ect that will bolt in with no mods needed!!
Now next question i was going to drop in a set of cams and a couple of other minor mods and cant find BIGGER intakes or injecters online. Where might i find them and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
