Stock Rear Wing Removal

Hey every one i was looking at my eclipse this morning and i decided that the stock wing on the 1991 eclipse GS looks kinda dumb. so i attempted to remove it my self, I started with the two side sections. I found two screws on the in side of each, i removed both of them. this is where everything went down hill. i could not find any more screws and they still would not come off. so i tried to take the middle section off but i could not find any screws on that too. The screws might be under all of the paneling, but i dont want to remove all of that. please tell me there is an easier way to get those off
Ryan

Ok let me explain if by not taking off the panaling. YOu mean the little plastic thing that is held by 2 bolts that takes 10 seconds to take off then your lazy. But when you get them all unscrewd the little like rubber gasket thing under the wing that keeps water out so it dosent rust and shit if its been on there for a long time its like stuck take a knife and pry it off but dont scratch the paint just use the knife really carefully.

Re: Stock Rear Wing Removal

in most cars you have to take off the paneling to get to anything underneath so you might have to no matter what. not sure though, i've got a 2g and i'm not sure about the 1g's

Dude it takes like 1 min to take it off just take off the panaling and unscrew the wing then scrape the sucker off.
