My used 2002 Kia Sportage I just got makes the loudest longest lock recognition horn beep I have ever heard. There has to be a way to get a shorter horn beep right? Also can I get the headlights to flash when you lock and unlock as well or not? I didnt know if that was possible since it is a manual light system and not daytime running lights. I didnt get the booklet for the keyless entry programming or transmitter code number with my sportage when I bought it, does anybody know where I can get these instructions? Also I noticed it didnt come with the Hankook tire warrenty manual that comes with it as well, where can I get that?

Re: 2002 Sportage Keyless Entry Programming
there is no change in the rke system. the honk is the honk you get and no light flash.
the hankook tire warranty is expired because it is only valid to the first owner of the vehicle.
