How do transactions work at DSMTuners classified section?

Im new there, but I havent figured out how to actually complete a transaction on their classified section.

On E-Bay, there is stuff like buyer-protection, anti-fraud protection, etc, etc, and feedback rating...how do you buy on DSMTuners? Is there a set system, or is it a trust-based environment taken outside the site to operate once you meet up through the classified section?

im pretty sure its just like a newspaper, you can email the people who are selling or who have the wanted ad or whatever it is youre looking at, and then you can set something up outside of dsmtuners, its not like an ebay thing.... ive been looking on there a bunch too, and wow i really wish i had a shipping buisiness or something cause it sucks only being able too look at the ones from just my state, you know? how much is car shipping, anyway?

Its kinda like an online newspaper. You e-mail the seller asking whatever questions you have. Then you both agree on some price and shipping method. When everything is ready, you both agree on a payment method.

As far as i know, there is no kinda of anti-fraud or any protection. Its buying at your own risk. I'm not sure about dsmtuners, but i know dsmtrader is like that. You really got to be carefull alot of ppl there are scammers. I bought something from dsmtraders, and it was all good until i sent him the money via paypal. He got it and stopped responding. When i tried to get a refund, the F***er emptied his account, so their was nothing left. My luck
