Front Control Arm Bushings

Has anyone here replaced their front control arm bushings before? If so, how did you go about removing the old bushings?

They usually press em out with an arbor or hydraulic press.. same goes for puttin new ones back in..

You can push it out with a bench vise if you have a collar or socket or something thats the same diameter as the bushing
