Good plan?

I have been thinking about his for a couple days. I have always wanted to get nitrouse but the problem was my parents would not like me having it. So i thought up a plan. In my plan i will tell my parents i am upgrading my speaker system and putting in a sub. I would find a old junker sub just the speaker not the box. And then i would make acustom bock with hidden hinges so i could open up the back of it. Inside the box i would put a bottle of nitrouse. and run the main wiring through the floor of the trunk. I would staple in some fake speaker wire and make it look like it is hooked up. I would then put the nitrouse switches in my ash tray. And the main button i was think maybe if there was a way to turn one of the horn buttons into the nitrouse switch. If this sounds stupid tell me cause i am not sure if this is even possible just something i came up with during school when i was bored.

Re: Good plan?

Or you could be Fast and Furious awesome (lol) and put the nitrous in the passenger seat. But yeah...that's a very bad idea. Pretty easy to tell there's no working sub in your car.

Re: Good plan?

why not just buy a cheap 10" sub and have it to work instead of having a fake one just looking pretty? now you dont need any excuses

i agree, just throw it into a bigger box than the speakers need and actually have them work, even if you never use them in case they ask. if that doesnt work then throw it in the spare tire well or something equally hidden.

or you could just not run nitrous, and use something else to feed your power hunger, like a turbo or bigger turbo if you have one, or something like that

Re: Good plan?

Just hook up NOS and if your parents don't like it..... at least you'll be able to get away from them really fast in your car!!!!!!!! J/K lol
Yah if ya have a sub but no "bump" they'll know!!! they aren't as think as you dumb they are!!!
just hide it in a sub box that works!!! that way ya got the best of both worlds!!!

I always like the idea of using the spare tire well, the trick is runniing the lines up to the engine. BTW is this a wet or dry kit?

Re: Good plan?

Sounds pretty retarded to me. If you want to go against your parents, do it right. If you are scared of them, wait until you don't live with them anymore.
