How to get to rear window

I have an 87 labaron and I need to get to the rear window(s). The power window motor does not seem to be working. What do I have to remove to be abel to get to the window(s). The window will not go up.

I suggest you pick up a Chiltons manual. I will guide you step by step. However, it is quite simple. There is some plastic molding back there that covers the window, all you have to do is remove that.
