tacho installation

Hi,

I've just became a proud owner of a 96 eclipse. Because just a few of those cars are driving (less than 100) in my country, Belgium, I don't have many sources to go to with my questions. So please help me out...

As allready asked several times in this forum, wich wire should I connect to the green wire coming from the tacho? I've been busy for one hour with searching in this forum, the only thing I noticed was that everybody is talking about a white wire... Where can I locate this wire? And how to get this wire (wich panels should I screw open?)

I hope you guys can give me the right answer.
