horn
ok. first my horn sounded really low, and now it stopped. i can hear the relay, but i can't find it under the hood. where is this thing!? ('96 cavalier)

Try looking from under the car. I don't have a newer model (95 or above), but I've noticed that a lot of cars mount the horns pointing down.
