OEM bodykit

Iīd just like to know what the weight of an OEM bodykit is (for example)? I want to get a feeling how heavy a bodykit like this will be, thatīs all! Thanx!

Not very heavy at all... don't have exact weights, but they're made out of Polyethane... light and strong.

the side skirts are fiberglass. i just installed it myself not even 2 weeks ago and its not heavy at all. the front lip is maybe 5 pounds, the skirts are maybe 5 pounds combined and the rear is no more then 7 pounds. i think the boxes it came in weighed more then the actual kit.

I actually just ordered mine, and this info is on the shipping confirmation

Weight: 27.0 LBS

Thats the packaging weight, so its probably like ~5 pounds less then that or so

I saw a 5th gen Prelude with an OEM frontlip, Mugen (VIS Techno R) sideskirts and rearlip (??) in another forum. This combination is very nice IMO but I couldnīt figure the price out of the VIS-Racing kit yet.

cause i looked for a while and those where the cheapest places. just dont wanna see another fellow luder get ripped.

and yeah i guess 27 pounds is a bout right but i could have sworn mine was like 25 or below...hmmmm......

The RS kit is very nice, too! The only thing I donīt like with both the RS and the OEM kit is the rear lower spoiler (How do you call it?). I like the Mugen one better.
