hey, what do you think of this stuff? the cluster cover took about a week to do - couldn't drive the car since the whole dash was torn apart. the pillar covers were much easier.

I'm liking that
. Not a fan of the carbon fiber dash kit that some people used on their rides, but the carbon fiber looks good with the gauges.Seneb, what kind of bulbs do you have in the tailights? I've been trying to find some amber bulbs for the tails, but with no real luck. It doesn't matter if they are amber colored - since I'll spray on a coat of silver/chrome.

Hey, not bad!
Looks really good. How long did it actually take for the person to custom make that? Also, how much did it cost you? thanks

atomic-
i found some apc bulbs for the rear at pep boys. on our bulbs, there is one connection per side, and on the apc there are two, but i have had no problems with them. wicked- i made it. it took a while because i had to measure it, draft it, print it, cut it, test it, and then repeat until i had a pattern that was correct. then i stuck it to the sheet of carbon and cut it out. the carbon cost me eighty five bucks and then the varnish-coating cost about fifteen. i could make another if i have enough time. if i did it again, i would buy the bezel from infiniti so i could use it as a tester without ripping apart my car again.

I put APC Amber LEDS in the tails, but that was a mistake as it made all the blinker lights flash like the bulbs were on extasy. I'll figure something out

uh, no, not that easy. the carbon i have is "decorative" and in sheet form. i had to make a template first, then cut it out, sand it, clean it up, then put the resin on top. it took a while to do, but now that i have done it, i think i can make more, maybe even in aluminum.
