Unhappy something's rubbing

i had a brake job done about 3 months ago. now i'm hearing and feeling rubbing from my left rear brake. any ideas?? also, what's better: metallic, semi-metallic, or organic pads??

If the brakes were not cleaned and lubed something could be stuck. Hard to say without seeing/feeling it.

It all depends on what the brake pads will be used for, street driving I feel Ceramic's work best.

if nothing is stuck, what else could it be?? when i get my alignment done, do you think that will fix the rubbing?
