Completed 49 Mercury Leadsled
Finally got round to finishing the other Merc I've been working on. Again its a slammer as I couldn't find an interior. Anyway here's the pics:

It was moulded in the body but I beleive one of the resin casters offered a resin Buick side trim - sorry can't remeber which one

Now this is the way a proper custom Merc is supposed to look.

Nice color choice, clean, low, and tight. 99% of people that do this car don't do it justice. You have.

So this is a resin cast then? Don't know of any styren kit with this side trim, but I have been wrong before so why not try it again I've been thinking of this side trim on my AMT Merc', maybe I'll do my own design but this is a classic side trim on a led sled.
Once again, this is a masterpiece. One can only wish that mine will turn out as good as yours.
