Which stock turbo is better Eclipse or all-trac Ct26?

Which turbo is better (able to force more boost) the Eclipse Turbo or the All-trac Ct26 turbo?

lol, me and my friend were just talkin about this. the eclipse turbo can push more boost for some reason, another friend of mine pushed 22 psi on his eclipse, i believe the ct26 can only push out like 18 or so
