Replace the clutch

Take the clutch off and spin it.

If you hear noise or something it is bad.

Look on ebay. You can get a whole new compressor and clutch for around $130.00

Re: Air Cond. PLEASE HELP!

your pully mounts on a bearing and is independant of the compressor.
your clutch mounts on the compressor input shaft.
When you engage the clutch electrically it pulls down into the pully, and now transfers energy from the drive belt to the compressor. If the clutch locks up this only means you now have full time A/C. Sounds like you need a new pully bearing. You don't have to replace the compressor unless it locks up internally.
