I was in Vancouver, and I saw a G35 Coupe with Nissan badging and it said Skyline across the back..didn't look like any Skyline I have ever seen

Anyways, I have a picture if anyone is interested in seeing it. It also appeared to have aftermarket rims, as they looked to be quite a bit bigger than the G35 wheel. I was just hoping that somebody can help me, and tell me what this thing was.

well beings the g35 coupe is the skyline over in japan now-a-days, people over here in the U.S. remove all the badging on the G35 and put skyline badging on it to make people think that they imported somehow i guess. who knows what goes through peoples heads?

Yup, I guess you can say the G35 is the Skyline. My causin has one, and talks like it as if it were a GTR. Maybe its a Skyline, but its still no GTR.

Actually k3smostwanted is right, the current jdm skyline is the same car as the usdm g35. There is actually one trim level where both have the same engine, i cant remember off the top of my head what it is though.

Yeah the 350GT.

The new high end Skyline coming out next year is supposed to have a hybrid VQ32 ... VQ35 bottem with VQ30 Top end... they GT-R is no more, they're splitting the name, there's a GT model, and there's going to be something with just the R ... seems the GT-R is dead horrible news special with the death of the RB26
