Mudflaps..... but will they fit (pic)

A guy is about to sell these, but not yet. I looked at them hard and noticied that it said they were from his '91 civic Si. Know, you can tell the front mudflaps from the back ones and my interest is the back ones so I'd have a complete set. If you look closely, the back ones have the bumper side outline where the two scews go in but then there is a large flap that extends from the side inward and has a screw hole there. I looked at my bumper and can't find this extra scew under the bumper. Will these fit my '90 std hatchback or is he telling me differently on the years?

If you guys have pics of yours with rear mudflaps, please show them.

yea, you can put them on. as long as they are 90-91 mudflaps on a 90-91 civic. the 88-89 had a different mudflap. i found this out cause i bought a set off a 91 si but the rear didnt fit my 88 cause the rear bumper is different

Re: Mudflaps..... but will they fit (pic)

I took mine off due to the cornering and rubbing them against the asphalt. But I want some for winter cause last year snow got up all around my back black bumper and looked like the car has shitted on itself. It was very ugly and hard to keep clean.

Just make sure to keep plenty of armor-all on those mudflaps if you pass through Klamath Falls.

Bah, I took mine off bc they kept scraping everywhere I went (turning, speedbumps, bumps or dips in the road, etc. etc. etc.)

Re: Mudflaps..... but will they fit (pic)

Can anyone tell me where the part of the mudflap that extends outward and has one screw at the top attaches to? The only other place I can see on the back bumper is too screws towards the springs that are kinda coated with that tar stuff. Is that where they mount?
