Exclamation 89 to 93 4.3 Swap HELP

I've got a 89 4x4 s10 pickup. Has the 4.3L and is an auto. Have a 93 s10 blazer 4x4 with the 4.3 vortec. I want to swap the 93 vortec, tranny and T-case in place of my stuff...The 93 componets have less miles and are better I belive. Will the engine require new mounts, and what about the comuter wiring- any prblems possible? Can it be done in a few days. We are good mechanics but don't know a lot about the S10's. Please Help.

if you got both trucks you should be able to change them motors mounts are the same you might have to change the wiring harness and computer

Why dont you just swap the heads, computer and the cpi. Other than mileage, is the tranny from 93 better than an 89? I thought they're both the 700r4?

Actually, it has a different tranny we believe. According to book it is electric or something, but we need to see the actual stamp on it. Do you know how hard the electrical swap would be?...
