Air Bag Sensor
Anyone know where the airbag sensor is on an '01 Silverado 5.3? It's got to be around the grill or radiator somewhere. There is a sensor at the bottom of the radiator but others on this forum said that is the temp sensor for the mirror. Even my haynes manual doesn't show it.

Just curious, why are you looking for it. There should be a sensor in the front end and one in the rear.

Sensor at bottom of radiator is the air bag sensor,the rearview mirror temp sensor if your truck has one should be in front of radiator on angle bar drivers side hope that helps.
