Whats The Best!?
Alright people, so, what is the best (loudest) SQ subwoofer on the market, and what is the best SPL subwoofer on the market. Lets hear some opinions........and by the way, I thought I'd mention im watching Bill Shwartzkies Superfans.!

best sound quality? subjective really, but you have:
dynaudio, focal, dls, w7, idmax, brahma, xxx, magnum, etc best SQL? w7, idmax, brahma, xxx, magnum best SPL? DD 95xx, MTX 9500, w7

hehe i dont really know too much about car audio ( yet ) but what does SQL and SPL stand for?? just wondering because i looking into car audio too ( but dont have any money, or a car for that matter ... yet )

sq = sound quality
spl = sound pressure level, basically refers to a sub/setup that's simply going for output with no regard to how it sounds sql = sort of a mix of the 2, excellent sound quality but also retains the ability to get very loud

I forgot which ones the Gti subs are, if they're the top model then I know they're very good. I don't have any personal experience with them though, so I can't really compare them to anything.

JBL/Crown...10000w amp...mad respect... SQ is all in the eyes of the beholder. people who drive 198X towncars and lesabres and caprieces generally think the sound of their trunk and licens plate rattleing is good sound quality, where as others want to hear the bass... "Lets see your seat belt fassened, trunk rattlen' like two midgets in the back seat wraslin'. Speaker Boxx vibrate the tag, makes it sound like aluminum cans in a bag, But i know yall wanna 'that aint no way'. can you fell the B-A-S-S bass, But i know yall wanna 'that aint no way'. can you fell the B-A-S-S bass. I LOVE THE WAY YOU MOVE, DA DA DA..DA...."
